Arshiya is the founder of a social and conservation enterprise called Black Baza Coffee based in Bangalore, India. Arshiya holds a PhD in Geography from the University of Cambridge, UK. Arshiya is an Acumen Fellow, Kinship Conservation Fellow and National Geographic Explorer.
DR NISHANT SRINIVASAIAH
Founder-Director
Nishant has a PhD in the behavioural ecology of Asian elephants in a human-dominated landscape of the Eastern Ghats from the National Institute of Advanced Studies, Bangalore. He is fascinated by the behavioural plasticity of large mammals to their changing environments.
